If you believe your child needs urgent medical attention, contact your local emergency services or take them to the nearest emergency department. Do not use AVYOMI to seek help in an emergency.

Where AVYOMI describes a measurement — its percentile, z-score or trend — it is stating a position against a published reference population. It is not a clinical assessment of your individual child, who may be perfectly healthy at any position on a chart.

Milestone entries record what you have observed. They are not a developmental screen and do not produce a developmental score, age equivalent or risk rating.

Immunisation timelines are generated from published schedules for record-keeping and reminders. Whether a specific vaccine is appropriate for your child, and when, is a clinical decision.

Interpretation is only as good as the data behind it. Incorrect dates of birth, measurements, units or gestational age will produce misleading results. Please check entries you make, and correct them when you notice a mistake.
