AVYOMI is a record-keeping and interpretation tool for a child's growth, development and immunisations. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You must be an adult and be the parent or legal guardian of any child whose record you create, or be authorised by them.

AVYOMI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is not a medical device. Interpretation shown in the app describes measurements against published references. Always rely on a qualified health professional for decisions about your child's health.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the access grants you create. Sharing access with a caregiver or clinician means they can see the data those permissions cover until you withdraw the grant.

You keep ownership of the data and documents you enter. You grant us the permissions needed to store, process and display them in order to provide the service to you and the people you authorise.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. Interpretation depends on correct dates, measurements and units.

Do not use AVYOMI to store records of children you have no right to, attempt to access data you were not granted, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Core features are free. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation pauses paid features at the end of the current period and does not delete your data.

We work to keep AVYOMI available and accurate, but the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.

To the extent permitted by law, AVYOMI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken about a child's health without professional advice.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other users' data at risk.
